Penas, a single person and Vernon D. Penas and Patricia N. Penas, husband and wife and Marlene M. Leece, a single person and Darrell L. Penas and Pamela L. Penas, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Darrell L. Penas and Pamela L.
