Names. The name of the condominium is "CITY CENTRE CONDOMINIUMS", a <br />condominium. The name of the association is "CITY CENTRE CONDOMINIUMS UNIT <br />OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.", a nonprofit corporation ("association"). <br />2. Description. The condominium is situated in Hall County, Nebraska on the following - <br />described real estate: <br />Lots One (1), Two (2) and the Easterly two-thirds (2/3) of Lot Three (3), Block <br />Sixty -Three (63), Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />3. Number of Units. The anticipated number of units to be created, either initially or by <br />the exercise of special Declarant rights, is Four (4). <br />4. Boundaries. The boundaries of each unit, including the unit's identifying number, are <br />shown on Exhibit "A" (plat and plan).
