Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is Stewart Title Guaranty Company. <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated November 21, 2018. The <br />Note states that Borrower owes Lender FIFTY NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND NO/100 Dollars <br />(U.S. $ 59,200.00) plus interest.
