Said Deed of Trust was <br />assigned by the original Beneficiary, FARMERS AND MERCHANTS BANK, its successors and <br />assigns to U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of an Assignment dated November 30, <br />2010 and filed for record on December 2, 2010, as Instrument No. 201008978 in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed Successor Trustee by <br />virtue of a Substitution of Trustee recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County. <br />Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows: <br />LOT THREE (3), IN BLOCK NINE (9), IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF WOOD <br />RIVER, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of <br />the installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the <br />Successor Trustee, GREGORY L.
