<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by MATTHEW T
<br />BEARD AND LACY J BEARD, HUSBAND AND WIFE as Trustor to U.S. Bank National Association as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated NOVEMBER 10, 2011, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County,
<br />Nebraska, in Book No. ---, at Page No. --- or as Instrument No. 0201108683 and Beneficial Interest in said
<br />Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as
