<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Lanny E
<br />Robinson and Beverly J Robinson, Husband and Wife, Trustor, to Pathway Bank, a
<br />Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated July 21, 2016
<br />in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust
<br />being recorded August 2, 2016 as Instrument No. 201604937 of the Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $175,000.00, has been paid or otherwise
<br />satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />Tract A: Lot Eleven (11), Block Ten (10), College Addition to West Lawn, Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />Tract B: Lot 8, Robinson Estates Subdivision, in the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Real Property or its addresses are commonly known as 2310 N Lafayette Ave., Grand Island,
<br />NE 68803 and 105 W. Syria St., Cairo, NE 68824.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 27th day of November, 2018.
