<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND FULL RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, William H. Barge & Katherine G. Barge, husband and wife (the "Trustor"),
<br />Stephen M. Kramer (the "Original Trustee"), and the Administrator of the Small Business
<br />Administration, an agency of the Government of the United States of America (the "Original
<br />Beneficiary"), are parties to that certain Deed of Trust (Direct) (the "Deed of Trust"), dated October 22,
<br />1993, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security of the indebtedness of that certain Note
<br />dated October 23, 1993, in the original principal sum of $27,000.00, together with interest stated therein
<br />(the "Note").
<br />WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust was recorded on October 22, 1993, as Document No. 93-109073,
<br />in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust was assigned by the U.S. Small Business Administration, as
<br />assignor, and Administrator of the Small Business Administration, acting by and through Assignor, its
<br />authorized Agent, to LPP Mortgage Ltd. f/k/a Loan Participant Partners, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership
<br />(the "Beneficiary"), as assignee, pursuant to that certain Assignment of Notes and Liens (Deed of Trust),
<br />executed on July 3, 2001, recorded on September 25, 2001, as Document No. 0200109711, in the Office
<br />of the Recorder of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary desires to substitute a new trustee under the Deed of Trust in place
<br />and stead of the Original Trustee.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, the Beneficiary hereby substitutes itself as trustee under the Deed of Trust
<br />and does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate
<br />now held by it thereunder.
