<br />DEED OF TRUST
<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made this day of November, 2018, by and among
<br />MICHAEL FRANZ WIECK, a single person, MICHAEL LESSLIE WIECK and ROSWITHA
<br />PAULA WIECK, husband and wife, BRIAN LESLIE WIECK, a single person, and MARK
<br />JAMES WIECK, a single person, herein referred to as "Trustors", whose mailing address is 5766
<br />W. Stolley Park Rd, Alda, Nebraska 68810; BRANDON S. CONNICK, Attorney -at -Law,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Trustee", whose mailing address is 104 N. Wheeler Avenue, Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska 68801, and WILLIAM BARGE and WENDY WILLMAN, husband and wife,
<br />as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, hereinafter referred to as "Beneficiaries", whose
<br />mailing address is 113 Ridgeview Drive, Lake Hills, Texas 78603.
<br />For valuable consideration, Trustors irrevocably grant, transfer, convey and assign to
<br />Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, for the benefit and security of Beneficiaries, under and
<br />subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the Trustors' interest in the following -
<br />described property located in the County of Hall, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E Y2 NE '/4) of Section Twenty -Seven (27)
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, sometimes also known and described as Lot One (1) on Island, and the
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE '/4 NE 1/4), Section Twenty -Seven
<br />(27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M. Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations,
<br />and easements of record; Excepting a tract of land conveyed in Warranty Deed
<br />recorded as Document No. 81-001574; and Excepting a tract of land conveyed in
<br />Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 82-004224; and
<br />Excepting a tract of land conveyed in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No.
<br />83-001064.
