<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by JARED R
<br />WILSON AND JESSICA L ORF HUSBAND AND WIFE as Trustor to U.S. Bank National Association as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated MAY 31, 2016, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska,
<br />in Book No. ---, at Page No. --- or as Instrument No. 201603406 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust
<br />was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska
<br />Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book N/A Page N/A or Instrument N/A has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
<br />reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
