<br />K. Johnson, husband and wife, Grantees, as joint tenants with right of

<br />Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the
<br />intersection of the South line of Syria Street of the First
<br />Addition to the Village of Cairo, as shown by the recorded
<br />Plat thereof and the West line of High Street, if extended
<br />South; running thence South on the West line of High Street,
<br />if so extended, a distance of 100 feet; running thence West
<br />on a line parallel to the South line of Syria Street a
<br />distance of 140 feet, thence North on the line parallel to
<br />the West line of High Street, if so extended, a distance of
<br />100 feet, to the South line of Syria Street; thence running
<br />East on the South line of Syria Street 140 feet to the point
<br />of commencement.
<br />Grantors covenant with the Grantees that Grantors:
<br />1. are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free
<br />from encumbrances except easements, covenants, and restrictions of

<br />2. have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
