<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that on the oi� day of
<br />September, 1990, The Equitable Building and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, A Corporation, Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska against Clinton
<br />Broadcasting Co., Inc., a Nebraska Corporation; Randel K. ID©esen
<br />and Joan M. Boesen, Husband and Wife; United States of America,
<br />acting through the Internal Revenue Service; State of Nebraska,
<br />Department of Revenue; Department of Labor of the State of
<br />Nebraska; and KMMJ, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, Defendants, the
<br />object and prayer of which is to foreclose a certain mortgage of
<br />$100,000.00 on the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Four (4), Block Ninety -Nine i99), Railroad Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall. County, Nebraska,
<br />given by the Defendants Clinton Broadcasting Co., Inc., and
<br />Randel K. Boesen and Joan M. Boesen, jointly and severally, on
<br />the 23rd day of April, 1985, to the Plaintiff, and that said
<br />mortgage was duly filed for record in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska on April 30, 1985, and duly
<br />recorded as Document No. 85- 002052 of the Mortgage Records of
<br />said county thereof.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due $106,528.27 on said
<br />mortgage, plus interest thereon at 13.5% or $38.73 per diem
<br />commencing September 21, 1990, and the Bond it was given to
<br />secure, and it prays for the sale of the real estate above
