ID©esen <br />and Joan M. Boesen, Husband and Wife; United States of America, <br />acting through the Internal Revenue Service; State of Nebraska, <br />Department of Revenue; Department of Labor of the State of <br />Nebraska; and KMMJ, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, Defendants, the <br />object and prayer of which is to foreclose a certain mortgage of <br />$100,000.00 on the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lot Four (4), Block Ninety -Nine i99), Railroad Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall. County, Nebraska, <br />given by the Defendants Clinton Broadcasting Co., Inc., and <br />Randel K. Boesen and Joan M.
