STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon real estate owned by the Licensor: Licensee will install up to ten (10) groundwater sampling points at property within the public right-of-way, as detailed on Exhibit "A", dated 2018/11/5. The groundwater sampling is in connection with a PRE-CERCLIS site screening assessment. 2. DESCRIPTION OF REAL ESTATE. The Licensee has requested such use of public right-of-way to conduct groundwater sampling adjacent to the described real estate to which this License Agreement shall apply: Lot Six (6), in Block Eleven (11), in H.G. Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. and Lot Five (5), in Block Fourteen (14), in H.G. Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. and The Northerly Fifty and Nine Tenths (50.9) feet of Lot Six (6), in Block Fourteen (14), in H.G. Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. and Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block Fourteen (14), H.G. Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. and Clarks Addition, All of Lots One (1) and Two (2), in Block Fourteen (14), City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. and Lots Four (4) and Five (5), Block Fifteen (15), H.G.
