FERNANDEZ AND MARIBEL FERNANDEZ being first duly sworn upon oath, <br />depose and state that they know of their own personal knowledge: <br />That JESUS M. FERNANDEZ AND MARIBEL FERNANDEZ are the owners of record and <br />present title holder in fee simple in the real estate legally described as: <br />Parcel 1: Part of Lot One (1), Voss Subdivision more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot Ten (10), Bernard Voss First Subdivision as surveyed, platted <br />and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, first traveling South along the <br />West line of said Lot Ten (10), a distance of Twenty -One (21') feet; thence turning Right 900 and traveling <br />West parallel to the North line of said Lot Ten (10), for a distance of Sixty -Seven (67') feet; thence turning <br />Right 900 and traveling Twenty -One (21) feet North on a line parallel to the West line of said Lot Ten (10); <br />thence turning Right 900 and traveling East on the extension of the north line of said Lot Ten (10) a <br />distance of Sixty -Seven (67') feet to the Point of Beginning. <br />Parcel 2: Lot Ten (10), BeArd Voss First Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />That they are in either actual or constructive possession of said real estate and the <br />whole thereof, and that they and the immediate and remote grantors have a continuous and <br />unbroken record chain of title to such real estate and the whole thereof, for a period of more <br />than Twenty -Three (23) years last past and that during that time title to said premises has never <br />been disputed. <br />That they made this affidavit pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska "Marketable <br />Title Act", being Neb.
