BAACK, Attorney at Law <br />and member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as the Trustee under said Deed of Trust, in <br />place or stead of the Trustee originally named therein and requests that such Successor Trustee <br />make a reconveyance in respect to such Deed of Trust, <br />NOW, THERFORE: <br />1. Substitution of Trustee. AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law and member of the <br />Nebraska State Bar Association, whose mailing address is 104 N. Wheeler Ave., Grand Island, <br />NE 68801-6015, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust (the "Trust <br />Deed"), executed by ALEX SWANTEK and ESPERANZA SWANTEK, husband and wife, as <br />Trustor, in which Northwest Crossings Limited Liability Company a/k/a Northwest Crossings <br />LLC was named as the Beneficiary and Chicago Title Insurance Company was originally named <br />as Trustee, dated August 5, 2016, and recorded August 9, 2016, as Instrument No. 201605136 in <br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. Direction for Reconveyance.
