<br />Whereas, the undersigned, Pinnacle Bank, Aurora, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of
<br />Trust Dated May 14, 2012 executed by Albert R Nesbitt, a single person, Trustor(s) in
<br />which Pinnacle Bank, Aurora, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, and recorded January 29, 2014 as Instrument Number 201400540 in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Modification Dated March 19,
<br />2014, recorded April 2, 2014 as Instrument Number 201401847 and Notice of
<br />Commencement recorded January 29, 2014 as Instrument Number 201400541 has
<br />received from the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all
<br />sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and
<br />the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee, for
<br />cancellation:
<br />Now therefore, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, all the Estate and interest derived to the undersigned under
<br />the Deed of Trust in the following described Real Estate to -wit:
