Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Northerly right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad, said point being Five Hundred Ninety One and Seven Tenths (591.7) feet Northeasterly from the intersection of said right of way line with the West line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4), thence continuing Northeasterly along and upon said right of way line, a distance of Ninety (90.0) feet; thence deflecting left 90° 00' and running Northwesterly, a distance of One Hundred Forty Four (144.0) feet; thence deflecting left 90° 00' and running Southwesterly and parallel to said right of way line a distance of Ninety (90.0} feet thence deflecting left 90° 00' and running Southeasterly a distance of One Hundred Forty Four (144.0) feet to the Point of Beginning.
