MENDEZ III and KATELYN MENDEZ AKA KATELYN <br />E. MENDEZ, husband and wife, Trustors, to FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMAHA, named <br />as Trustee, and FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMAHA, as Beneficiary, and which was filed for <br />record on December 28, 2015 as Instrument No. 201508713 in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows: <br />Lot Twenty Two (22), Copper Creek Estates Third Subdivision, in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment <br />of the installment payments due under the Deed of Trust.
