KRAFT and LORI G. KRAFT, husband and wife, <br />are the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska on January 4, 2017 as Instrument No. 201700064, and contains as trust property the <br />following -described real estate: <br />Lot Nine (9), Saddle Club Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County Nebraska; <br />which is commonly known as 3622 Palomino Pl, Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and <br />fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights and ditch rights <br />(including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and <br />profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal <br />and similar matters, all of which was referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Real Property"; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to <br />make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Promissory Note secured by <br />that Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Real Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Promissory Note dated <br />December 29, 2016 and all extensions and modifications thereto owing from to the Beneficiary, <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above, which <br />secures this obligation. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />) ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, Trustee <br />By: <br />Brandon S.
