Wheeler Ave <br />Grand Island NE 68801 <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />The undersigned, FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE under a certain Deed of Trust dated <br />September 5, 2014, wherein MICHAEL A. KRAFT and LORI G. KRAFT, husband and wife, <br />are the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska on September 10, 2014 as Instrument No. 201405688, and contains as trust property <br />the following -described real estate: <br />Lot Eight (8), Saddle Club Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />which is commonly known as 3624 E Bismark Rd, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801; <br />Lot One (1), Saddle Club Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />which is commonly known as 3619 Palomino Pl, Grand Island, Nebraska; and <br />Lot One (1), Deerfield Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska 68801; <br />which is commonly known as 4450 Stuhr Rd, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801; <br />together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and <br />fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights and ditch rights <br />(including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and <br />profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal <br />and similar matters, all of which was referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Real Property"; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to <br />make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Promissory Note secured by <br />that Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Real Property to satisfy the obligations of the following: (i) a certain Promissory <br />Note dated November 2, 2015 and all extensions and modifications thereto; and (ii) a certain <br />Promissory Note dated November 28, 2017 and all extensions and modifications thereto, owing <br />from to the Beneficiary, FIVE POINTS BANK, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust <br />referred to above, which secures these obligations. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, Trustee <br />By: <br />Brandon S.
