BAACK, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Successor Trustee; NOW THEREFORE, the said AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, is hereby appointed and hereby accepts said appointment as Successor Trustee under said Deed of Trust, and as Successor Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, unto the parties entitled thereto, all right, title and interest which was heretofore acquired by said Trustee under said Deed of Trust.
