BAACK, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association, is hereby appointed and hereby accepts said appointment as Successor Trustee under said Deed of <br />Trust, and as Successor Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, unto the parties entitled thereto, all right, <br />title and interest which was heretofore acquired by said Trustee under said Deed of Trust.
