<br />THE EASTERLY FIFTY NINE AND THIRTY FIVE ONE HUNDREDTHS (59.35) FEET OF LOT SIX (6),
<br />IN BLOCK SIX (6), IN WESTERHOFF'S FIRST SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCEPT THE SOUTHERLY THIRTY (30) FEET, THEREOF DEEDED TO THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />And whereas, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee as Trustee instead of the said
