<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by ARLENE R.
<br />RIVERA, A SINGLE PERSON to JERRY J. MILNER, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY OF NEBRASKA, INC., the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated May 30, 1998 and recorded June 12, 1998 in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 98- 105661, has been paid, and
<br />said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />The Southerly 110 feet of Lot Three (3), Block Three (3), in Dickey Second Subdivision, located
<br />in the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section One (1), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Ten (10) West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises.
