<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by LONNY
<br />R. FOSTER and ANN E. FOSTER, husband and wife, as Borrower, to MICHAEL L.
<br />JOHNSON, Trustee, for the benefit of HASTINGS GRAIN INSPECTION, INC., a Nebraska
<br />corporation. the Beneficiary, dated August 29, 2012 and recorded September 4, 2012, in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 201207372, has been
<br />paid, and the Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and deliv-
<br />ered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following -described premises:
<br />Lot Twenty -Seven (27), Block Four (4), in Replat of Riverside Acres, an Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures and appurtenances and other interests
<br />described in said Trust Deed belonging to such premises.
