<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by UBALDA M
<br />SANTIAGO AND HECTOR A SANTIAGO, WIFE AND HUSBAND as Trustor to U.S. Bank National
<br />Association as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated DECEMBER 07, 2006, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in
<br />HALL County, Nebraska, in Book No. ---, at Page No. --- or as Instrument No. 0200610854, and
<br />Re -Recorded on: JULY 16, 2007 as Instrument No. 0200705998, and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust
<br />was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska
