<br />William L. McLellan and Jannan E. McLellan, husband and wife, GRANTORS, in consideration of ONE
<br />DOLLAR AND BETTER ESTATE PLANNING, received from GRANTEES, William L. McLellan and Jannan E.
<br />McLellan, Co -Trustees of the William L. & Jannan E. McLellan Trust convey to GRANTEES, the following
<br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201):
