Limitation of direct access to Highway No. 281 from the <br />premises in question as set forth in instrument filed August <br />29, 1963 recorded in Book 142, Page 608 as follows: The <br />above described tract shall be part of a controlled access <br />facility as defined in Section 39 -1302 (6), R.R.S. 1943, and <br />the remainder of said 1E1/2NE1/4, which by reason of the <br />taking herein described now abuts on a highway where none <br />exited theretofore, is subject to the provisions of Sec. 39- <br />.1329 R.R.S. 1943, except ingress and egress will be permitted <br />over the existing public road along the Northline of said <br />E1 /2NE1 /4 and except over one farmstead entrance not to <br />exceed 20 feet in width, to provide ingress and egress to <br />,dwelling and out building site of the owner so long as it is <br />used consistent with rural living and farming activities, the <br />centerline of which is to be located 11.4 feet northerly from <br />the South line of said E1 /2NE1/4 as measured along the <br />centerline of the highway.
