GREGORY L. GALLES was appointed Successor Trustee by virtue of a <br />Substitution of Trustee filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said <br />Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows: <br />LOT SEVEN (7), IN BLOCK FIFTEEN (15) OF SCHIMMER'S ADDITION TO THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment <br />of the installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the <br />Successor Trustee, GREGORY L.
