ASHWORTH, husband and wife, as joint <br />tenants and not as tenants in common, ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to LINCOLN <br />FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK or its assigns, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment <br />of a loan made to Assignor by Assignee in the amount of $252,000.00 the Lease dated <br />October 15 , 2018, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Assignors are the <br />Lessees, pertaining to the following -described premises: <br />Lot Twenty -One (21), having a lake front footage of 83 feet, situated on the <br />West side of the East Portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of the East <br />Half of the Southwest Quarter (E'/2SW' ), in Section Thirteen (13), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the <br />Westerly side by the common road; <br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $252,000.00 with <br />interest and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the <br />Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void <br />and of no further force nor effect. <br />DATED: October I51-41, 2018. <br />Mark E.
