<br />DEED OF TRUST
<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made this 16th day of October, 2018, by and among
<br />STAROSTKA GROUP UNLIMITED, INC., a Nebraska corporation, herein referred to as
<br />"Trustor", whose mailing address is 429 Industrial Lane, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803;
<br />BRANDON S. CONNICK, hereinafter referred to as "Trustee", whose mailing address is 104 N
<br />Wheeler Ave., Grand Island, Nebraska 68801; and NIEDFELT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT,
<br />L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, hereinafter referred to as "Beneficiary", whose

<br />For valuable consideration, Trustor irrevocably grants, transfers, conveys and assigns to
<br />Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and
<br />subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the Trustor's interest in the following -
