In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said <br />INDUSTRIAL FOUNDATION SUBDIVISION, the Subdivider hereby consents and agrees with the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that it will install or provide at its expense the following <br />improvements: <br />1.
