You are hereby notified that Christopher J. Fruhling and Miriam L. Fruhling, as husband and <br />wife, as Trustors, did on or about December 21, 1999, make, execute and deliver unto United <br />Nebraska Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described <br />real property: <br />Lot Two (2), Block One (1), Waggener Subdivision to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />a <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from United Nebraska Bank, <br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on December 22, 1999, in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 112024. <br />On or about December 21, 1999, United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its <br />right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The <br />Assignment was recorded December 22, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 112025. <br />Michael E.
