<br />(D) "Trustee" is MICHAEL I {NETT. 
<br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated July 13, 2001. The Note states that Borrower owes 
<br />Lender Seventy Seven Thousand Four Hundred Eighteen & NO /100 Dollars ($77,418.00) plus interest. Borrower has
