<br />all beneficial interest under a certain Deed of Trust, dated 07/12/2013, made and executed by John J Gillespie III
<br />and Tracy M Gillespie, Husband and Wife Trustor, to First State Bank Nebraska, Trustee, and recorded on
<br />07/12/2013, in Book/ Page/ Instrument No. 201305644 in the Official Records in the County Recorder's office of
<br />Hall County, State of NE, describing land therein as:
<br />Lot Seventeen (17), Block Three (3), Summerfield Estates Fourth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Which currently has the address of 3916 PARTRIDGE CIR, GRAND ISLAND NE 68803.
<br />TOGETHER with the note(s) and obligations therein described, the money due and to become due thereon
<br />with interest, and all rights accrued or to accrue under such Deed of Trust.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Assignee, its successor and assigns, forever, subject only to the
<br />terms and conditions of the above-described Deed of Trust.
