| WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, 
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated February 5, 2001, and executed by Alvin G. Motley, an 
<br />unremarried person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the 
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, �2 
<br />Nebraska on February 6, 2001 as Instrument No. 0200100905, and 
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five 
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of 
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows: 
<br />The West Half (W1/2) of Lot Two (2) and all of the West Half (W1/2) of Lot Four (4) Excepting 
<br />the South Eight Feet (S8') Thereof, in Block Seven (7) in College Addition to West Lawn, in the 
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. 
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully 
<br />paid; 
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of 
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or 
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. 
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
