<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That Jerry L. Benker and Jeanne M. Benker, husband and wife, of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, Hall County, Nebraska, Debtors, for the purpose of securing
<br />the payment of $19,325.00 and interest at 12.75% per annum, computed upon
<br />the unpaid principal balance, according to a bond described as follows:
