SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />Record and return to: <br />Grand Island Abstract, Escrow & Title Co. <br />704 West 3r St., Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT, DMBG Investments, L.L.C., Grantor, whether <br />one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Brady J. Kayl and Samantha <br />J.
