Inc. FKA Bosselman, Inc.. a <br />Nebraska corporation ( "Bosselman. "). <br />WHEREAS. CNT' is the owner of the property legally described as Lots One (1) and Two <br />(2). Bosselman Brothers Second Subdivision to the City of Grand Island. Hall County. Nebraska <br />( "CN - F Property "): and <br />WHEREAS, Bosselman is the owner of the property legally described as Lot One (1), <br />Bosselman Brothers Subdiy ision to the City of Grand Island. Hall County. Nebraska( "Bosselman <br />Property"): and <br />WHEREAS. pursuant to agreement ofthe parties. storm water which accumulates along <br />the northern boundary of the Bosselman Property currently drains into a storm water inlet located <br />on the Bosselman Property. through buried pipe in a generally northerly direction upon the CNT <br />Property and into a slough located at the north boundary of CNT Property: and <br />WHEREAS. CNT desires to construct new buildings and improvements upon CNT <br />Property above the current buried drainage pipe: and <br />WHEREAS_ the parties agree that it is in their mutual best interest to relocate the existing <br />drainage pipe into a new drainage area, as more specifically set forth hereafter. <br />
