a C. <br />n <br />v <br />The undersigned, Cathleen H. Allen, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated <br />January 12, 1998 wherein Dennis A. Gebers and Diane L. Gebers, Husband and Wife, were the <br />Trustor, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on January 14, 1998, as Document No. 98- 100337, which contains as trust property, <br />the following- described real estate: <br />n <br />2 <br />m <br />n <br />200107744 <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />O <br />T <br />n <br />n <br />ell t. <br />A <br />�� <br />C <br />rrnn <br />D <br />a <br />_ <br />n <br />r <br />s <br />n <br />i <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />Lot Five (5), Block Thirteen (13), in Arnold and Abbott's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures and appurtenances located thereon or in any <br />way pertaining thereto, and the rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof, <br />including all such personal property that is attached to the improvements so as to constitute a <br />fixture, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby gives notice of <br />default of said Trustor for the reason that the said Trustor, Dennis A. Gebers and Diane L. <br />Gebers, Husband and Wife, have failed to make the payments of principal and interest due in <br />respect to the Deed of Trust Note secured by the Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Deed of Trust Note dated <br />January 12, 1998, owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, Lois Ann Hank, Trustee, or her <br />Successors in Trust, under the Lois Hank Living Trust dated February 10, 1997, and any <br />amendments thereto, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which secures <br />this obligation. <br />Cathleen H.
