Wood River Site <br />The lease /license is described as follows: <br />Exhibit A <br />201806224 <br />USCOC Nebraska/Kansas, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and Tisdale Nebraska, <br />LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and as may be further amended from time to time, for <br />the lease of space on a tower or other structure and ground space adjacent to such tower or other <br />structure to operate equipment, cabling and antennae associated with same, and associated <br />easements, as more particularly described therein, in consideration of the rents and other good and <br />valuable consideration provided for therein to be paid and performed by tenant. <br />The address of the plot of land on which the tower or other structure is located is 14057 Holling <br />Road W, Wood River, NE 68883 and such area is more particularly described on the following <br />page. <br />The initial lease term is five (5) years commencing on June 1, 2014, with three (3) successive five <br />(5) year options to renew. <br />US2008 14477857 1 <br />5 <br />
