WHITAKER, wife and husband as <br />joint tenants and not as tenants in common, Trustors, to Jamie Mues Jankovitz, Attorney at Law, Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated April 1, 2013, in which Donna J. Johnson, was Beneficiary, said Deed of <br />Trust being recorded April 1, 2013 as Document No. 201302631 of the Records of Hall County, <br />Nebraska; and subsequently said Deed of Trust was Assigned to Successors in Interest, being Justin <br />Johnson; said Assignment to Successors in Interest of Deed of Trust being recorded May 16, 2016 as <br />Document No. 201602994; both securing an original stated indebtedness of $177,000.00 has been paid or <br />otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered; <br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the <br />undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled <br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as follows: <br />A tract of land comprising all of Lot Ten (10), Block Thirty Seven (37), Packer & <br />Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, together <br />with the North Half (N1/2) of Vacated Clarence Street, lying South of and adjacent to <br />said Lot Ten (10) <br />(also known as: 115 N.
