<br />poles, overhead and underground power lines, manholes, pipelines, surface markers, and other
<br />appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a tract located in part of Lot 14
<br />Holcomb's Highway Homes Subdivision, in Section Twenty Eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6`" P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the easement and
<br />right -of -way being more particularly described as follows:
