1• <br />7 <br />r <br />1 <br />89.., .103225 <br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br />MATTHEW MERRILL BOSLEY and PAMELA ANN 80SLEY, Husband. and Wife, as Joint <br />Tenants and not as Tenants herein called the Grantors, for and in <br />consideration of Ten Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) and the cancellation of all <br />indebtedness owing from Grantors to Grantee, do giqant, bargain,, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN, ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />herein called the Grantee the following described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />Lot Five (5)9 in Block One Hundred Twenty. -two (122) in Koenig <br />and Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand••Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the premises above - described, together with all the <br />tenements, heredlitaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said <br />Grantee and to ntee's successors and assigns forever. And Grantors hereby <br />covenant with the said Grantee and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that <br />Grantors are lawfully.seized of said.premises, that they are free from <br />encumbrance and. that Granters have good right and lawful authority to sell-the <br />same= and Grantors heraby canvecrant to warranty. and. defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
