<br />CORPORATION, present Beneficiary, as owner and holder of the Note secured by the Deed of
<br />Trust, dated MAY 17, 2014 made by URI LOPEZ, as Trustor(s), to ROBERT SCHAFFER, as
<br />Trustee for CENTER FOR RURAL AFFAIRS, as Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust was recorded
<br />as Instrument Number 201402955, in the official records of HALL County, Nebraska, hereby
<br />appoints and substitutes DANIEL A. SMITH, Smith Law Office, P.O. Box 250, Lyons, NE 68038,
<br />as Trustee, in lieu of the above named Trustee under said Deed of Trust, affecting the following -

<br />LOT FOUR (4) IN BLOCK TWO (2), PARK PLACE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust, and, as Successor Trustee, and pursuant to the request of
