Schneider f /k/a Ashley A.Grothaus <br />and Kyle Schneider, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar <br />and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto Shaun C. Hulinsky and Sara M.
