This easement and the <br />obligations, rights, and restrictions contained herein shall be binding on all parties, <br />purchasers, and owners of both Lot 29 and Lot 30, Amick Acres East Subdivision, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, for now and forever more, and they shall run in perpetuity with the <br />land.
