<br />The undersigned, STATE BANK OF SCOTIA, Trustee under those certain Deeds of
<br />Trust dated May 25, 2012, wherein DENNIS E. BUDDE and KAY M. BUDDE, as Joint
<br />Tenants, are the Trustors, and dated August 21, 2009, wherein DENNIS BUDDE and KAY
<br />BUDDE, Husband and Wife, are the Trustors; which Deeds of Trust were filed of record in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 12, 2012, as Instrument No.
<br />201204680, and on August 31, 2009, as Instrument No. 200907170; and which contain as trust
<br />property the following - described real estate:
<br />SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A ";
<br />which is commonly known as 9425 West One -R Road, Cairo, Nebraska;
<br />together with all rights, easements, appurtenances, royalties, mineral rights, oil and gas rights, all
<br />water and riparian rights, ditches, and water stock and all existing or future improvements,
<br />structures, fixtures, and replacements that may now, or at any time in the future, be part of the
<br />real estate described above (all referred to as "Property ");
<br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to
<br />make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Universal Note secured by
<br />those Deeds of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Universal Note dated May 25,
<br />2012, and all extensions thereto, owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, STATE BANK OF
<br />SCOTIA, pursuant to the terms of those Deeds of Trust referred to above, which secure this
<br />obligation.
