Please <br />take notice that on or about March 4, 2015, Erin <br />Landco, LLC, purchased a Hall County Treasurer's <br />Certificate of Tax Sale (Certificate No. <br />20150092), which was subsequently assigned on <br />or about February 1, 2018 to Vandelay <br />Investments, L.L.C., on the following real <br />property legally described as: The South Half of <br />Lot Five (5) and the South Half of Lot Six (6), Block <br />Seven (7), Original Town of Doniphan, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. The said real property was /is <br />assessed in the name of Lori Lee Bohnart, and <br />was sold for taxes and /or special assessments for <br />the tax year of 2013.
