<br />WHEREAS, FirsTier Savings Bank. FSB, hereinafter "Mortgagee", acquired the mortgage, the
<br />subject of this Release. by Assignment from Resolution Trust Corporation. Receiver of Occid-

<br />note, repayment of which was secured by said mortgage, pursuant to Purchase and Assumption
<br />Agreement dated June 22, 19901 and
