<br />DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
<br />Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured by the trust deed, dated AUGUST 13
<br />1998 , executed by RIVERSIDE INVESTMENT, INC. , as trustor, to the
<br />undersigned, Earl Ahlschwede, of P.O. Box 2300, City of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska as trustee, and recorded on AUGUST 17 , 1998 , in the office of the
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS of HALL County, State of Nebraska, in Book of trust

<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by The Equitable
<br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank, the
<br />beneficiary named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties
<br />entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under
<br />such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein, located in HALL County,
<br />State of Nebraska, described as follows:
