<br />Danny D. McWhirter and Carol L. McWhirter, husband and wife, herein called the grantor
<br />whether one or more, in consideration of transfer of property into Grantors' revocable trust, do
<br />hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Danny D. McWhirter and Carol
<br />L. McWhirter, Trustees of The McWhirter Family Revocable Trust, herein called the grantee
<br />whether one or more, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Parcel 1: An undivided one -half interest in a tract of land comprising a part of
<br />the Northwest Quarter (NW'/) of Section Five (5), Township Nine (9) North,
<br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more
<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north line of said
<br />NWY4, said point being 185.0 feet east of the northwest comer of said NW'/ and
<br />also being on the easterly right -of -way line of U.S. Highway No. 281 and 34;
<br />thence easterly along and upon the north line of said NW'/ a distance of 2,413.52
<br />feet to a point on the westerly right -of -way line of Nine Bridge Road, said point
<br />also being 47.0 feet west of the northeast comer of said NW'/; thence southerly
<br />along and upon said westerly right -of -way line a distance of 1,594.37 feet to a
<br />point which is 1,050.0 feet north of the south line of said NW'/, said point also
<br />being 53.09 feet west of the east line of said NW'/; thence westerly parallel with
<br />the south line of said NW'/ a distance of 2,429.1 feet to a point on the easterly
<br />right -of -way of U.S. Highway No. 281 and 34; thence northerly along and upon
<br />said easterly right -of -way line a distance of 1,594.05 feet to the point of
<br />beginning.
